  • What is the first contact for?

    For the organization of your events, contact us to let us know about your projects. Share your wishes, your specific needs and your expectations.

  • What are the conditions for making a material reservation?

    To reserve equipment for your event, you must pay a 50% deposit, otherwise your request will not be validated.

  • When to make a reservation for materials?

    To reserve equipment, it is advisable to confirm the request at least 2 to 3 months before the scheduled rental date. It is the guarantee of obtaining this equipment at the right time.

  • Is it possible to make a reservation without a deposit?

    All reservations must be confirmed by payment of a deposit. In this case, it is considered worthless.


PAYMENT - CHANGES - CANCELLATIONS


  • What are the payment methods we offer?

    For payment, you have the choice between bank transfer or the use of check.

  • Is it possible to change reservations?

    The change of reservation is possible in case you want to add other materials to your request list. This also applies if you want to increase the number of equipment to rent.

  • Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

    Yes, you can cancel your reservation. But this must be done no later than 30 days before the date of your event.
